Wedding Registry Items

When I receive an invitation to a wedding, one of the first things I do is check out their Wedding Registry.

This gives me an idea of what the couple wants and consider what my budget is.

That is the only time I consider how much to spend.

Once I have that in mind, I make a purchase based on they want or need.

Sometimes, I put together a basket of often needed items.

Once I made a "basket" with household cleaning items.

I bought a bucket and put sponges, gloves, reusable towels, cleansers, dust pan and whisk broom in it and then put shrink wrap on it with a big bow.

The couple loved it!

If the couple are particularly close to me, I may make a quilt for them.

When I delay in buying a gift, or...

What I wanted to give them is already purchased, I just give the couple a gift card to one of the stores where they are registered.
