The Day of a Strange Beach Walk

One day I was walking along the beach and this man, who seemed to be very original, approached me.
... And he spoke softly.
I say sir I did not hear you, I "mumbled back to him".
He then walked away without answering back.
It was very odd so I just continued my walk along the water.
The air felt so peaceful.
The wind began to blow as a beautiful melody played. It sounded as if it was coming from the restaurant nearby.
I decided to go into the restaurant where the music was playing.
I sat down at the table near the window to intake the view.
A woman approached me asking to sit down at the table with me. Hesitating for a moment due to her being a stranger, I finally took a deep breath and said sure.
She sits and says my name is PROPOSAL.
I then began to question her answer in my mind.
I quickly laugh.
She smiled, taking my hand.
I was feeling very uncomfortable yet I did not remove my hand.
I asked who named you.
She then said that the ring that I now place around your finger named me, because the man who walked by you along the beach has send me to propose to you.
... For he feels you are the melody of his heart and the wind of his feet.
Looking up I realized he stood behind her.
As I looked up he got on his knees and asked me would I accept.
I was glowing.
I did not know the man but his proposal was so delightful that I said I DO.
