The Best Date Ever!

I don't have a crazy wild story about my proposal. the best thing about it for me was that the person I wanted to spend my life with asked me to marry him.
With that being said, he proposed to me in a way that I think is just the sweetest and most romantic.
It wasn't overly flashy or really expensive or totally embarrassing, but it let me know how much he cared about me and how great our future would be together.
He reenacted our first date! It was the most adorable idea.
We met at a bar, so he texted me to meet him at the same place, and he arranged for the host to escort me to the same table.
He arrived, and was wearing the same hideous tie I had made fun of on our first date (and hadn't seen since!)
He introduced himself, we ordered, and we "talked" like people getting to know each other. Of course, we ordered the same drinks.
By now, I had figured he had a reason, so I went along with it. It was fun to just talk, and he steered the conversation around to the future, just like we had before.
Instead of talking about where we wanted to be in five years, he broke out of the charade and asked me to marry him!
He had a beautiful ring and everything all ready. He told me that he would have gone on that first date a thousand times, if it meant that he could marry me at the end of it!
So my proposal idea is to find a meaningful time in your life and recreate it for your intended, then make sure you let them know you want to have lots of special moments, like this, with them!
