Stop with the Texting and the eMails: Write!

Okay I know, I am at the computer telling you to not use the computer or text messages to write your love letter.

Here's the thing...

I came across a letter my mom wrote to my dad last week.

My mom died 15 years ago.

It was so wonderful to hold that in my hands.

I loved seeing her long hand writing.

I could hear her words as she wrote them.

That is why my suggestion is to get back to the wonderful art of letter writing. It is something personal.

When you write a love to someone, there is much more involved in the senses when it is handwritten.

So, I tried it.

My husband was shocked ...but happy, and he saved it for my children to read when they are grown.

Now if he will just write me back!
