Showing Love via Cards

My fiance is a Marine and he deployed to Afghanistan for a year.

Before he left I went to all the card store and looked at the card section of every store I entered.

I bought enough cards (either before or during) his deployment that I was able to send him one every single day.

It meant a lot to him and he very much looked forward to receiving mail.

I simply took a few minutes each day to remind him how much I love him and to tell him something about my day.

It made him feel very connected and very loved!
