Romantic Movies to Swoon

I love a good romantic movie, whether comedy or not.

There are some great ones, so picking a few for a list is hard, but worth the challenge.

One of my favorites is Breakfast At Tiffany's.

When Paul says "I don't want to put you in a cage, I want to love you!", I just melt.

Something about that just gets to me and gets me deep down.

I want a guy to be that crazy about me.

And then when Holly goes searching for her cat in the rain and Paul shows up and they kiss, I just die.

That scene is so great.

One of my other favorite romantic movies is My Fair Lady, although maybe that is not a traditional choice.

In the end when Eliza comes back to the Professor Higgins’ and he hasn’t changed, I have to laugh.

Here she comes back and he has the same attitude.

They have such a strange relationship.

She is a “thing” he crated from a flower girl, yet there is something in her face that he now needs.

I don’t know why it just is one of those stories that I cheer for her when she does tell him she doesn’t need him, but I just know she really does need him.
