Women love words - words of love, appreciation, encouragement or a sexy song! If she has a favorite poem, get the lines and then print it out on fancy paper and get it framed.

This is especially good if you have lots of time and very little money just when her birthday comes up. Record a special message before each song - maybe pick out the very line that touches you the most, and dedicate it to her.
You can also put in songs that have special meanings for both of you - like the song to which you first danced etc.
