Proposal for Dinner

When I proposed, I took my girlfriend to the first NICE restaurant we ate at together.
I had printed a fake menu beforehand that was identical to the ones they had at the restaurant in every way except for one: on the back of the menu, under the wine list, the text said: "Samantha, will you marry me?" I'd set it up so that menu would be handed to her when we arrived.
When we got there and she was handed the menu, I asked her to look at the wine list so we could share a glass.
As she finished reading through the wine, she gave me a funny look and giggled. I could tell that she wasn't quite sure that the menu was referring to her, but I knew she'd read the proposal.
I got down on one knee, pulled the ring from my pocket, and asked her to marry me. She started laughing, said yes, and hugged and kissed me.
And then we got married!
