My Romantic Proposal

I came home from a rather stressful day at work to find my then boyfriend making me dinner.

He was attempting to make my favorite dish - crab legs. He was standing there with this cute little apron on that said "kiss the cook".

He seemed a little "off" when I got there - like he was distracted. But I just thought he was really focusing on getting my crab legs perfect.

While I went to change out of my work clothes - he set the table. There were a dozen pink roses (my favorite color) and about 50 candles lit everywhere in the kitchen.

When I walked back into the kitchen I was so suprised!

While I was staring at all the roses and candles, my boyfriend got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.

Of course I started to cry and shook my head YES!

He proceeded to tell me how much he loved me, and how excited he was to grow old with me, and to share his life's journeys with me.
