Having had a son affiliated with a gang at one time, I can say there's nothing romantic about gang life, but we can over look this because of the great music.
On Golden Pond - The story of mature love and the way Katherine Hepburn is able to overlook Henry Fonda's stubborn, hard-headed ways.
...Then being loving and understanding of his slight dementia, shows what love is like when it's built on a firm foundation.
Love Story - I can remember going to this movie and bawling my eyes out, especially when the cold-hearted father in law shows his soft loving side at the end.
