My Boyfriend and I are planning on Eloping

My boyfriend and I have both been married already. He had the big church wedding. And... I had a quick ceremony at City Hall. But neither of us want to do that again. We want to take off somewhere and get married. Ideally we would like to head to a tropical island somewhere, just the two of us. We don't want to tell anyone what we are going to do while we are there, that way when we come home it will be a surprise. We both picture our ceremony on the beach... We don't want it in the middle of the day though. We both see a sunset ceremony, and... Follow up the ceremony with a bottle of wine on the beach looking at the stars. When we get back, we want to have a huge party for our friends and family, and show them a video of the wedding. We are both well settled, so we don't really need gifts . We aren't sure which island we want to go to, but if money permits, I would love Tahiti or Fiji, maybe Aruba. If not... The Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas is my top choice. I can't think of a better way to get married to the one I love. |
