Take her to some nice lake which had night is close to some light, on a moon lit night.

Get a very nice row boat or canoe, fill it with flowers, wine and cheese or snacks which you both like.

Dress up!

Wear a nice jacket and white pants like Gordon McRay did when he proposed to Doris Day on the lake.

Row to a nice spot on the edge of the lake and picnic then when you are back on the lake at night with the moon over your shoulder ask her.

Don't forget the music.
