Lovely Day Full of Flowers and Love!

I remember this day like it was only yesterday.

I was going to go meet my boyfriend for the first time.

I was nervous about it, because it had been a LONG time since I had went out on a date.

I almost wanted to cancel the date because I was so nervous, but it was a good nervous.

We had found each other on a dating site.

I knew what he looked like, but he didn’t know what I looked like.

We had arranged to meet at a Denny’s in my home town.

I walked up to him, and all I saw was this very sweet smile.

He thought I had possibly lied to him about what I looked like.

He had another date that didn’t show her picture, and when he went out on that date she wasn’t anything she said she was.

He had a bunch of White Roses he had bought me for our date.

It was as if we had known each other forever and felt very comfortable around him.

I felt like I could see the two of us together forever.

I felt as if we were the only two people around.

It was so sweet when he took me home.

He walked me to the door and gave me a big hug ...the cutest part about it is that I’m only 5 foot 1 and he is 6 foot, so...

When he went to hug me he forgot I was so short and picked me up and popped my back ...oh how that felt good.

It is a day I’ll NEVER forget.
