Help! I Need a Place to Elope

I want to get married but I can not afford enough for a big wedding.

My future husband and I want a very small wedding and my friend suggested that we elope.

I would love to do that but I'm having troubles finding a place that is close to my hometown(we are excepting)

I would love to get eloped in the Windsor area?
