Garage Door Proposal

On the big day of your proposal to the woman you love, get a roll of paper and some tempura paints.

With a medium-sized paint brush, write out your sentiment to your loved one.

You may want to simply write their name, followed by "will you marry me" and then sign your name.

Tape your sign to the outside of a garage door that opens with a remote opener. It could easily be your own garage door.

Don't leave anything in the garage that could be stolen as you will want to leave the garage door open and, thus, the message hidden for a short while.

Arrange to pick up your loved one for a night out on the town such as dinner at your favorite restaurant or dancing or both.

After you pick up your loved one, make the excuse that you need to return to your house because you forgot something.

It could be that your excuse to return to your house is that you forgot to close the garage door!

When you arrive at the house and your loved one is in the car facing the open garage, press the remote and down comes the door.

Your message will be there to surprise your loved one!

Take their hand and say the proposal of marriage to them personally and ask for their answer.
