Flowers - Not Just For Romantic Times

I love getting flowers and my boyfriend knows this.

One thing that he does is send flowers randomly, i.e. not just on my birthday, anniversary or Valentine's Day.

He will send them in the middle of the week, just to say "hi".

He usually doesn't send me roses, except for Valentine's Day.

For the random times, he will send me whatever catches his eye - lilies, small fruit trees, green plants, et cetera.

I find that these random offerings mean more to me than the ones I get for specific holidays as it shows that he really cares and thinks about me often.

There is just something so wonderful and heart-warming about getting a bouquet from my man.

It instantly brings a smile to my face and often the arrangements will last for up to two weeks before they wilt.

And...

The arrangements he sends for those random occassions aren't always huge, ornate affairs.

Oftentimes they are small sprays, or an artistically done arrangement.

But, really, the flowers or the way they are arranged isn't what matters - the important thing is the feeling I get when I receieve them and I know that he's thinking of me.
