Flowers - Good Idea or bad?

I have to say I generally love receiving flowers.

The cutest flower delivery I have every received was actually from my mother-in-law on my 4th wedding anniversary.

She sent me four
of four types of flowers.

It was so wonderful that she actually included my wedding flowers in there (Asiatic lilies).

It was the thought that was put into it that created the wonderful feeling not just the flowers.

Conversely, my husband brought me home flowers for our anniversary one year, and...

You could tell he just bought a bouquet from the gas station on his way home because he forgot.

That is worse.

Honestly it would have been better for him to bring me nothing then to bring me something that took such little thought.

It is not just the flowers that make us ladies awwwww ...it is knowing the thought and love behind them.


Flowers are not a wonderful gift
if there is no thought put into them at all.


Guys who are reading this I will give you one huge secret - not all women love roses.

Take the time to find out which flowers are the favorite of your special someone.

I personally LOVE any type of Lily.
