Eloped at Starved Rock

My fiance and I headed up to Starved Rock for the weekend.

We stayed in a beautiful little cabin near by.

It was the time of season when the Eagles flew and there was a cool breeze.

It was perfect.

I had always wanted to go so, I was delighted when he announced the trip.

We came across a lovely chapel one evening, and decided to sit through service.

Afterwards...

We were talking with the minister, and had a long lovely conversation.

It didn't take long for us to piece together the idea of eloping.

On our way back to our Cabin, we went passed the Waterfall in Kaskakia Canyon, and I knew right then...

This was the spot I would get married.

We got in contact with the minister right away, and our 2 best friends, we were wed the next day!
