Cars and Roses

For some reason, the TWO most romantic flower-giving-moments involved cars and roses.

The FIRST instance was way back in high school.

My boyfriend drove up to my house to pick me up for our usual Friday night dinner and a movie.

It wasn't any day special, but when I went outside and opened the door to his car, there was a big Bouquet of Roses sitting on the passenger seat waiting for me.

It was such a wonderful surprise! It made me feel so special.

In the SECOND instance, the flowers weren't even for me, in fact I didn't even know the gifter or giftee.

I was getting into my car after an afternoon at the mall, when I noticed something on the windshield of the car parked across from me.

It was a Bouquet of Roses.

I was lucky enough to see the owner of that car as she found the surprise left for her, and I must say, I was wishing I was in her shoes.

There is nothing better than an unexpected expression of "I love you."

And...

These two examples are just about as pleasantly unexpected as you can get.
